TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EAST TENNESSEE SAFE DOCTOR
1. DEFINITIONS
- "Company" refers to East Tennessee Safe Doctor, a locksmith company providing installation and sales of safes, vault doors, and panic room doors.
- "Customer" refers to the individual or entity purchasing the safe, vault door, or panic room door from the Company.
- "Product" refers to the safe, vault door, or panic room door sold and installed by the Company.
- "Installation" refers to the process of installing the Product at the Customer's location.
- "Warranty" refers to the Company's written guarantee of the Product's quality and performance.
2. SALE AND INSTALLATION
- The Company shall sell and install the Product in accordance with the Customer's written order and specifications.
- The Customer shall provide a clear and safe working area for the installation, free from any obstacles or hazards that may interfere with the installation process.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
- The Customer shall pay the full amount of the purchase price within 30 days of delivery or installation.
- A late payment fee of 2% per month shall be applied to outstanding balances.
4. WARRANTY AND SUPPORT
- The Company warrants that the Product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of "1 year" from the date of installation.
- The Company shall provide support and maintenance services for the Product during the warranty period.
5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- The Customer may return the Product within 30 days of delivery or installation for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
- Any returns or refunds after 30 days shall be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
6. INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE
- The Company shall install the Product in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
- The Customer shall be responsible for regular maintenance and upkeep of the Product, including cleaning and lubrication.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
- In no event shall the Company be liable for any damages or losses arising from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow manufacturer's instructions.
- The Company's liability for any damages or losses arising from its breach of these Terms and Conditions shall be limited to the purchase price of the Product.
8. GOVERNING LAW
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
- These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
10. AMENDMENTS
- These Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Company from time to time. Any changes shall be effective upon posting on the Company's website.
